Merc's New Engine
Ever since F1's turbo hybrid era started, Mercedes has had the power unit to beat. It's more efficient and powerful than anything else on the grid, and it's also really reliable. The perfect combination. But it sounds like that wasn't good enough for them.
According to Motorsport, Mercedes has said that its 2018 engine is "" This is the fifth year of the hybrid formula, but apparently there are still gains to be made. Now it just remains to be seen if Mercedes will gain an even bigger advantage with this update.
Aston Martin might be going public, at least . The independent British automaker will seek a valuation approaching $7 billion, which is approximately the same as Ferrari.
Nothing is certain yet, but it could happen later in 2018.
Two-time F1 world champion Mika Hakkinen . The champ has cofounded an app called iNZDR, which is an extremely catchy name. It sounds kind of like Facebook or Instagram, but there's also a "premium" part of it that hides influencer's posts behind a paywall. The paywall would be a subscription of about $1.99 per month.
I guess we'll see how–and if–it works.
