The 2005 Bizzarrini Magnate P708 Barchetta—designed as a revival of the company's legendary P538 race car—was introduced at several motor shows to drum up interest for a possible production run. The endeavor to produce the P708 was abandoned in 2013, however, and the car was left in Germany disassembled. According to the seller, a Bizzarrini enthusiast acquired the car and rebuilt it to its current running state.

Since the rebuild, the car has seen 1000 miles of road use. Interestingly, it's registered in Montana as a 1974 model. Seems legit.

The mid-mounted LS7 produces an impressive 550 horsepower, sending twist through the rear wheels via a CIMA six-speed transmission. That power, combined with the lightweight carbon fiber body, assuredly makes for a fun ride.
