Manufacturers offer all sorts of factory-built track-ready sports cars these days. These are cars you can take right from the showroom and onto the circuit without having to change a thing. Which one do you like best?
For me, it's the Chevy Corvette Grand Sport. The Grand Sport sits in the middle of the Corvette lineup between the base Stingray and the 650-horsepower Z06, using the naturally-aspirated drivetrain of the former and the aggressive bodywork of the latter. That means a wide body with tons of mechanical grip and downforce, a reliable engine with adequate (but not overwhelming) power, perfect for honing your skills.
Now we'd like to know: Which new factory track car do you think is the best? It doesn't have to be something crazy-powerful or expensive. It just has to be a new car that was comes from the factory ready to hit the track. Let us know in the comments below.
