As you probably already know, Honda discontinued its lovely S2000 two-seat convertible sports car all the way back in 2009. But for some reason, a Honda dealer in Australia kept one for themselves all this time. And now, it's just been sold.
According to Australian site , a single new Honda S2000 popped up on the country's VFACTS monthly car . After some digging, a Honda representative confirmed that yes, a brand new, unregistered S2000 had been sold by a dealership in November.
The representative said the car was used at the dealer as a "showroom vehicle," meant to draw in customers with its sporty looks. Not a bad idea considering the S2000's iconic design.
There's no word on who the lucky buyer is, or how much he or she paid, but we're confident they're having a blast in their "brand new" Honda sports car. Lucky.
