AC Schnitzer, the noted BMW tuner from Aachen, Germany, is back, and look what it has done to BMW's new 7 Series. While some aren't too fond of the new 7 Series' exterior styling, saying the previous version possessed more character, AC Schnitzer addressed those concerns with a new body kit that definitely gives the large luxury sedan an ominous presence. The company also went to work in the cabin and under the hood.
The 750i's engine tweaks result in about a 40-bhp boost over the stock engine and is backed by AC Schnitzer's supplemental warranty. Handling improvements come via a new suspension kit. Ride height has been lowered by 25 mm, while slightly firmer dampers and springs have been installed for flatter cornering and crisper turn-in response. Inside, a custom cover for the i-Drive knob, new aluminum pedals and foot rest, and velour floor mats round have been added. For more information on this new car, go to .
