Jeeps are great because almost everyone loves them. You don't have to be a wildly devoted gearhead to enjoy a Jeep, which is one of the reasons why Alex Earle, the subject of this latest Petrolicious video, bought his 1967 Commando.

When Earle bought this truck, it had been sitting and needed attention. He didn't know anything about how cars worked, but the Commando still appealed to him thanks to its near-universally loved rugged style. Earle went about fixing up his Jeep and eventually making it his tow vehicle for a custom motorcycle based on a 1994 Ducati N900. The truck's simple assembly and originality meant it was easy for him to teach himself how to fix it. Together, the two vehicles help him conquer trails and back roads without breaking a sweat.

Petrolicious spoke with Earle about his journey behind getting this Jeep on the road, and falling in love with being behind the wheel.
