Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 SV – 6:59.73

The Aventador LP 750-4 SV is the lighter, hardcore version of the standard Aventador, which can still run a 7:25.00 at the 'Ring. Mercedes-AMG GT R – 7:10.92

At a recent test by German magazine Sport Auto, the Mercedes-AMG GT R more than lived up to its nickname, the Beast of the Green Hell. Amazingly, the GT R probably has more to give too, since this wasn't a full factory-backed test and there was some traffic during. Mercedes-AMG is also working on an F1-powered hypercar that promises to take the overall Nurburgring lap record away from Lamborghini.
