Everyone wants a Saab rally car, and anyone who says otherwise is just being silly. A V4 Saab rally car is even cooler. is a 1969 Saab 96 that looks just about perfect for all your vintage rallying needs.
The cool factor of a V4 engine aside, it comes kitted out with a swiveling spotlight on the roof, a skidplate, auxiliary lights, and a hydraulic hand brake. Oh, and it also has a heated driver's seat for those frigid snowy segments.
Under the hood, the engine has been reworked, and the seller claims it now makes at least 90 horsepower. That may not sound like a lot, but it's an increase of at least 25 horsepower over what the stock engine makes.
It's also reportedly FIA certified and has been rallied by the owner regularly. Sure, it's all the way over in the Netherlands, but for its $17,800 asking price, it's got to be worth the hassle.
