The Genesis Essentia is an all-electric grand touring sports car concept. The first electric concept car from the automaker, it's got classic sports car proportions with a long nose, flared fenders and a dramatic roofline. The low-slung coupe has a carbon fiber monocoque chassis and body, with a transparent hood showing off the pushrod suspension. The interior embodies minimalism and luxury materials, with two--two seating and only the necessary readouts facing the driver.

An I-shaped battery pack runs the length of the chassis center tunnel, allowing a dramatic low floor and roofline. Genesis claims the multi-motor electric drivetrain is good for a 3.0-second 0-60 run. And of course, all of the connectivity and virtual-assistant technology you'd expect from a near-future concept are present.
