One of the world's most luxurious automobiles needs a similarly posh address to call home. In a ceremony attended by celebrities and VIP guests, Rolls-Royce opened its new Paris showroom in the French capital's fashionable 17th arrondissement. With room for three display vehicles – no easy feat when your products include the massive 239.8 inch long Phantom sedan – the showroom also includes a customer configuration lounge, where clients can choose their car's color and trim. An on-site espresso bar will keep these well-heeled clientele caffeinated during the difficult decision process.
"Paris is a global capital of style and fine living. I am delighted to see the new French home of Rolls-Royce in the heart of Paris, which complements the unique mood of the city, as well as the core values of our company," saidTorsten Müller-Ötvös, CEO, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
