Lotus was the first Formula 1 team to aggressively leverage social media in a new way. Their Twitter account, , certainly stretched the bounds of appropriate communication from an F1 team, culminating in the now , tweeted just as their star driver Kimi Räikkönen announced his move to Ferrari.
