This weekend was qualifying for the 102nd Indy 500 and it wasn't short on drama. Bumping returned to Indy for the first time in years, with 35 entries for 33 available spots. When Bump Day ended on Saturday, two drivers were left on the sideline. One of them was IndyCar star, Dancing With the Stars runner-up, and the self-proclaimed Mayor of Hinchtown, James Hinchcliffe.

It was a shock failure to qualify, particularly from a driver that qualified on pole just two years earlier. Still, Hinch has been beyond gracious with his reaction, as you'd expect, and still went on IndyCar's media tour to New York to promote the race.

While he was here, he agreed to stop by our brand new podcast, the cleverly named Road & Chat to discuss his Indy 500 qualifying tribulations, if Indy 500 rules should change, his love of GIFs, reality TV, and more.
