Anti-lag tech is most commonly used in rally cars to keep turbos spooled even when the driver is off throttle. But it's also used in some hillclimb cars, like this widebody Alfa Romeo 4C.

This 4C is a fully-prepped hillclimb competitor using a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine turbocharged to 550 horsepower. It weighs under a ton, and keeps the turbo spun using an aggressive anti-lag system. You wan't be able to keep track of just how many backfire sounds this thing makes.
