Sauber F1 driver Kimi Raikkonen is a man of few words, and those words are typically mumbled. He's famous for giving hilariously brief, quiet answers to interview questions, and saying things like "," and "." For this weekend's Chinese Grand Prix, F1 had Raikkonen narrate a lap of the Shanghai International Circuit, and the results are unsurprisingly hilarious.
It's actually a good explanation of what happens over the course of a lap on this track, but it's presented in a monotonous run-on sentence that's almost hard to hear over the sound of the engine in parts. Kimi sounds totally disinterested, to say the least, which isn't surprising given his reticence to take part in all the promotional work required of an F1 driver.
This is a great reminder of why we love Kimi. Not only is he a great driver, he's hilarious even when he's not trying to be funny. His robotic monotone somehow makes him unlike the scores of racers who actually act like robots.
