Update 3/20/2019: Today, Lister announced a convertible version of its F-Type LFT-666 sports car, called the LFT-C. Like the hardtop, it comes with a 666-horsepower version of Jaguar's supercharged V-8, along with a bunch of cosmetic upgrades, including carbon fiber body panels and a custom leather interior. Just 10 examples will be built, priced from £139,000 (around $183,000). Our article on the LFT-666 coupe's announcement, originally published January 31st, 2018, can be seen below following the gallery.

Lister Cars, the British race car company famous for fielding some of the coolest competition cars of the 1950s, has just revealed the LFT-666. It's a customized Jaguar F-Type with 666 horsepower, a top speed of 208 mph, and more bespoke pieces than you can count.

The LFT-666 is based off the Jaguar F-Type R, using that model's supercharged 5.0-liter V8 under the hood. Thanks to that devilish horsepower number and 713 lb.-ft. of torque, 0-60 comes in a scant 3.1 seconds. The eight-speed transmission found in the F-Type remains in place.
