Last summer, Aston Martin debuted the stunning Vanquish Zagato in both coupe and drop-top Volante forms, announcing that it'd build 99 each. Interestingly, what appears to be a new Speedster version of the Vanquish Zagato is testing at the Nürburgring. We haven't heard anything about this car yet, but Monterey Car Week is coming up, and that'd be the perfect place to show it off.
Images of the Vanquish Zagato Speedster come to us from , which spotted this car testing alongside the Volante. that Aston will build just 28 Speedsters, each with a price said to be well over £500,000 GBP ($656,000 USD).
The Speedster seems to do without a roof at all, and adds to big flying buttresses behind each seat. It looks stunning, even in this prototype-spec matte black finish.
Surely Aston Martin will confirm its existence soon, now that it's testing at the Nürburgring, but if you want one, call your dealer now. You can bet these will sell out quick, if they haven't already.
