You're looking at the tail end of the continuation version of the famous Lister Knobbly roadster, built using the same manufacturing drawings and jigs as the original open-top terror. Lister showed off the resurrected car at Autosport International, where I presume there was a an immediate rash of basement floodings throughout the countryside. The company is only building ten examples, and you can bet your bonnet they aren't cheap.
Every last one of them is already spoken for, though Lister says it's currently thinking about whipping up another three "final editions." If they happen, they'll each wear liveries celebrating the Knobbly's past.
There's a 3.8-liter Jaguar D-Type straight six under the hood good for 330 horsepower, and Lister says the continuation car can clip off 0-60 mph runs of about 4.3 seconds. Top speed sits in the 181 mph neighborhood. Dog will hunt, as they say.
