With its torque-vectoring all-wheel drive and Drift mode, getting the Ford Focus RS' tail out is incredibly easy to do. As long as you're willing to go into every corner full throttle, we found all it took was to "just dial in a little bit of countersteer and start laughing as the car holds its line through a high-speed drift." Easy peasy.
But had a theory that the Focus RS is so easy to drift, you could teach anyone to do so. That even the most nervous, insecure driver could be turned into Ken Block with a little practice. And he set out to prove it.
And what unfortunate soul ended up being chosen for his little experiment? Well, none other than his own mother, Hilary. While we're not sure she'll be competing in rallycross anytime soon, we have to admit, Andy did get Mrs. Goy to execute a true oversteering drift.
Even if it did almost scare her to death.
