Over the years, auto manufacturers have offered up a bunch of different track-only cars to customers wishing to get the most fun for their money. Which one do you like the most?
My choice has to be the Aston Martin Vulcan. Unlike most modern track-ready sports cars, which have some kind of forced induction or engine assist, the Vulcan uses a 7.0-liter naturally aspirated V12 making no less than 820 horsepower. It's supremely quick, and provides the kind of race car experience its elite buyers are looking for. That magnificent soundtrack is just a side-effect. There's even one , if you're curious. Unsurprisingly, it's not cheap.
Now we'd like to know: Which track special do you like the most? It doesn't have to be something super-expensive or rare like the Vulcan, either—your choice could be anything, as long as it's a manufacturer-built track-only car that you love. Let us know in the comments below.
